What does 'Full Growth Plan' actually output?+
Three things: (1) where your MSP is today across revenue, lead volume, retention, margin, and growth rate — graded against benchmarks; (2) where you said you want to be in 12-36 months; (3) the marketing plan that connects the two, with channel mix, monthly spend, expected leads per channel, and ROI projection. The Plan is structured so you can hand it to your team or to a marketing partner and it just works.
How is this different from the Lead Calculator?+
The Lead Calculator answers ONE question: how many leads per month do I need? The Growth Plan answers four more: where exactly do those leads come from (paid, organic, partnerships, events), what's the cadence, what's the cumulative ROI over 36 months, and what's the path to your exit number. It uses the calculator's lead-target output as one input among many.
Do I need accountant-level numbers to use this?+
No. Ballpark numbers work. The plan tells you which inputs are most sensitive — tweak those, leave the rest at defaults. Most MSP owners can complete this with what's in their head + a quick MRR check.
I've been burned by 'marketing plans' before that turned out to be sales pitches. Is this one?+
No. The Plan is generated locally from your inputs — there's no salesperson on the other end deciding what you 'need to buy.' You can save the plan, share it, run it yourself, hand it to a different agency, or come back to it in 6 months. We don't even ask for a phone number unless you want to talk.
Will Marketopia try to sell me services after I run this?+
We'll send a single follow-up email asking if you want help executing the plan. That's it. No call queue, no SDR sequence, no 'just checking in' three weeks later. If you want help, the plan output makes it obvious what you'd be paying for. If you don't, the plan still works — you can hand it to anyone.
Can I save the plan and come back later?+
Yes. Once you submit, we generate a unique URL for the plan. Bookmark it, share it with your CFO or co-founder, edit it later. It's yours.
How accurate are the ROI projections?+
The projections use industry-tested formulas for MSP marketing performance — close rates by channel, average sales-cycle length, retention impact on LTV, etc. They're as accurate as your inputs, with a stated confidence range. We deliberately err conservative; the goal is to give you a number your CFO won't laugh at.
